Please read these terms carefully before using the pk399 platform — all guidelines for accounts, bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming are compiled here.

1. Introduction & Applicability

pk399 is an online entertainment and betting platform designed for players in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the pk399 platform, its website, mobile interface, and all related services ("Services").

By registering on our site, logging in, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. User Eligibility

pk399 services are open only to individuals who meet the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is intended for those aged 21 and above only.
  • Online betting or gaming must be legally permitted in the country or region from which you are accessing the services.
  • You must operate the account in your own name and for your own benefit — operating an account on behalf of a third party or using their funds is prohibited.
  • You must not be the holder of any account previously banned or permanently closed by pk399.
  • You must be of sound mind and fully capable of making decisions.

pk399 reserves the right to verify a user's age or identity at any time. Failure to provide accurate information may result in account suspension or closure and cancellation of any winnings.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Opening an Account

Each user may create only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, pk399 may close all related accounts and the balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Providing Accurate Information

At the time of registration, you must provide true, complete, and up-to-date information. Creating an account with false, incomplete, or another person's identity information is not permitted.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your password and login details confidential. If you believe there has been unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

3.4 Closing an Account

You may request to close your account at any time through our support channels. pk399 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice for breach of these Terms, fraud, or other reasons.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

The following payment methods are supported for depositing funds to pk399: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (applicable for all methods).

Deposits may only be made from a payment account or bank account registered in your own name. Use of third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. pk399 may request identity verification before a withdrawal request is completed.

Withdrawals are generally made via the same payment method used for the deposit. Alternative methods may be considered in special circumstances.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on pk399 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.4 Transaction Errors

If a technical error or incorrect amount is noticed in any transaction, notify the support team immediately. pk399 reserves the right to correct or cancel any erroneous transaction caused by a system error.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. A deposit of ৳18,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, bringing the total balance to ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (based on the bonus amount). Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposit. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before it can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has its own validity period and eligibility conditions — see the offers page for full details.
  • The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once (unless explicitly stated in the offer).
  • A maximum bet limit may apply when wagering with bonus funds — see the offer details.
  • If bonus abuse, hedging, or any form of strategic misuse is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
  • pk399 reserves the right to make changes to the bonus program at any time.

6. VIP Program & Cashback

The pk399 VIP program has four tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
  • Silver: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
  • Gold: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
  • Platinum: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

You can move up to higher tiers through regular and active play. pk399 reserves the right to change VIP benefits and terms. The final decision on cashback eligibility rests with pk399.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General Rules

All bets on pk399 are final once placed and cannot be changed. Once a bet is confirmed, you are considered to have automatically accepted the relevant rules.

7.2 Technical Errors

Any winnings resulting from software errors, server issues, or any other technical cause will not be considered valid. pk399 reserves the right to void bets in such situations, and only the original stake will be returned.

7.3 Cheating & Fraud

Any form of cheating, strategic abuse, use of bots or automation, exploiting multiple accounts, or any other dishonest use of the services is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

7.4 Suspicious Transactions

pk399 is committed to preventing money laundering and other illegal financial activity. If suspicious transactions are found, withdrawals may be withheld and the relevant authorities may be notified.

8. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the pk399 website — including text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, and game content — is the property of pk399 or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using any part of this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from pk399 is prohibited. Browsing the website for personal and non-commercial purposes is permitted.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

The way your personal information is collected, stored, and used is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you are also accepting the Privacy Policy.

pk399 uses SSL encryption technology to keep your information and financial transactions secure. However, no guarantee can be given that transmitting information over the internet is entirely safe, and users are advised to remain aware of this risk.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

12. Amendment of Terms & Termination of Services

pk399 reserves the right to amend these Terms in part or in full at any time, for any reason or for no reason. For significant changes, we will endeavor to publish a notice on the website.

Furthermore, pk399 reserves the right to partially or fully discontinue any service at any time. In such cases, users' valid balances will be refunded.
